It needs a repair
Leaks, damaged shingles, flashing that has given up. We show you the affected area, find the source, and fix it the first time with a written repair option.
Elevated Roofing Partners did an amazing job with our roof repair! They came out, gave an honest quote, and got us on the schedule SUPER fast! Definitely will reach out to them again in the future for my roofing needs.

Replacement makes sense
Full tear-off, decking inspection, clean install. We explain why, show you the evidence, and the price on your signed quote is the price.
I would absolutely recommend Elevated Roofing Partners to anyone looking to replace their roof. Having talked to a half dozen other roofing companies. Steven and his team provided the quality service, product and execution we were looking for in a roofing company. They are 100% Grade A of a company.

Clear Numbers. Written Protection.
Most roofing quotes are a starting point. Material costs shift, labor runs long, something turns up, and suddenly the invoice doesn't match the estimate.
Our quote is a ceiling, not a starting point. We wrote this guarantee so you know exactly what you're paying for, what's a line-item, and what isn't ours to charge you for in the first place.
Your Quote Is Your Roof
Your signed price covers every shingle, every piece of flashing, every labor hour on the roof. No labor overruns. No mid-job "we found something" surprises.
CoveredDecking Is the One Line-Item
We can't see what's under your shingles until tear-off. The decking price is already listed on your written proposal, so you know exactly what it costs before we start. If we find rot, we show you the photos and explain it before you approve.
Your Line-ItemStructural Isn't Our Scope
Trusses, framing, load-bearing anything. That's not roofing. If we find it, we stop, document it, and refer you to a structural company we trust. You don't pay us for structural.
Out of ScopeThe material coverage is CertainTeed's and applies to qualifying Integrity Roof Systems. The workmanship warranty is ours. Eligibility and coverage depend on the products installed, registration, property type, and the written terms for your project, handed to you when the job's done.
North Idaho Already Put Us to Work
Elevated Roofing completed our complentary roof inspection and necessary repairs in a highly professional and timely manner. They earned every STAR our rating. They are very responsive and know so much about roofing maintenance than the typical handyman. Website is easy to navigate and one of the best we've ever seen!
We are very particular and simply will not hire just anyone to work on our home. Having been in construction for over 20 years and watching roof after roof be replaced in our neighborhood, there was only one that is the quality I expect and that was installed by Elevated Roofing Partners. We reached out to Elevated and their price was fair and included things other roofers charged extra for. The work was exceptional, the customer service is outstanding and the staff went above and beyond to keep things clean. When it comes to replacing your roof you definitely get what you pay for. The end result is absolutely beautiful!
We just had our 20+ year old roof replaced by Elevated Roofing Partners, and we couldn't be more pleased. Steven and Rob, the owners were great to work with. Their crew worked like a well oiled machine, plus they were very nice and considerate. Our job was finished in 2 days. They did a wonderful job with clean-up, even blowing the sand off our deck after they picked up all the nails and scraps. Our next door neighbors watched them work and hired them to do their roof also. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Local Roofers Who Actually Live Here
Rob and Steven own the company, work in North Idaho, and hold the credentials to back the work.
Steven Parks
Co-Owner · Field OperationsThird-generation roofer and Army veteran. Steven has been around roofing his whole life, so he's seen plenty of jobs done fast and cheap. That's exactly why ours aren't. He manages the crews, checks the details most homeowners would never notice, and doesn't sign off until it's done the way he'd want it on his own house.
Rob Caputo
Co-Owner · Sales & OperationsAir Force veteran. Rob is who you'll probably talk to first. He's not going to sit at your kitchen table for two hours or call you five times a week. He'll inspect the roof, show you photos of what he found, and let you decide.
The credentials behind them
-
CertainTeed ShingleMaster PRO
CertainTeed's contractor credential, earned through training and install standards. It is what lets us register qualifying CertainTeed systems for extended manufacturer protection on your roof.
-
Veteran-owned and local
Rob and Steven own the company and live here. When you call, you reach one of them or someone who works for them. Not an out-of-state call center and not a lead broker selling your details on.
-
Three generations of roofing
The Parks family has been roofing since the 1970s. That is where the standard we hold crews to comes from, and why we would rather lose a job than cut a corner on one.

Licensed and insured
Idaho #1671868 and Washington #ELEVARP744B8. Proof of liability and workers' compensation insurance is available on request before we set foot on your roof.
10% Off Every Veteran & First Responder Project
Show us your DD-214, veteran ID, or first-responder credentials. That's it, no paperwork loops, no fine print, no expiration. Applied on the spot. And for every standard roof we complete, 10% of proceeds goes to a fund that helps a veteran or first responder who can't afford one.
Straight Answers to Common Questions
Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. No charge, no obligation, and no fee if you decide not to hire us. You keep the photos either way.
What affects the cost of a roof replacement?
Roof size, pitch, material choice, existing layers, design complexity, and access all affect the final price. We inspect the roof first and provide a written estimate instead of guessing over the phone.
Pushes the price up
- Steeper pitch
- Larger roof size
- Multiple existing layers
- Premium materials
- Complex roof design
- Poor access to the roof
- Rotted decking
Brings the price down
- Lower pitch
- Smaller roof size
- Single existing layer
- Standard materials
- Simple roof design
- Easy access
- Solid decking
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family roofs here are a two-day job. Day one is tear-off, a look at the decking underneath, and dry-in, so the roof is weathertight before the crew leaves that evening. Day two is shingles, flashing, vents, and cleanup, including a magnet pass over the yard and driveway for nails. You have your driveway back at the end of the last day, though a large or steep roof, or a bad weather window, can add a day.
Do you help document storm damage for insurance claims?
Yes. We photograph and document what we find so you have evidence to bring to your insurer.
