Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. No charge, no obligation, and no fee if you decide not to hire us. You keep the photos either way.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through Acorn Finance. Approval and rate depend on your credit. We send you the application link after your inspection so you can decide with a real number in hand.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
It helps but it is not required. Most of the inspection happens on the roof, so if you would rather not wait around, tell us when you book and we will send the photos and the write-up afterward. The one exception is the attic. If we notice any ventilation issues from the roof, we will want to look in the attic too, since that is the only way to get the full picture of what is going on. If you are home, we will walk you through what we found before we leave.
How long does the inspection take?
Usually under an hour on site. We walk the roof, photograph every slope and penetration, and note anything that needs a closer look. The photos and the written recommendation follow afterward.
Will you try to sell me a roof?
Only if the roof needs one, and then we show you the photos that say so. Most inspections end in a repair or in nothing at all. If a repair buys you another five years, we will say that instead of writing you a replacement quote.
Do you help document storm damage for insurance claims?
Yes. We photograph and document what we find so you have evidence to bring to your insurer.
