Roofing runs deep in our family. It all started in the 1970s when our grandfather, Sam Parks, launched Parks Roofing in Lewiston, Idaho. Known for his reliable work and honest reputation, Sam earned the nickname “Sam Sam the Roofin’ Man”—a name locals still remember today.
As the business grew, Sam passed it down to his son, Tim Parks, who continued the family tradition and expanded the company’s presence. In 2019, as Tim began planning for retirement, the next generation stepped up to carry the legacy forward. That’s when On Top Roofing was born—founded by Steven Parks, the third generation of Parks roofers.
Steven, an Army veteran, brought both hands-on expertise and a deep respect for the values passed down from his grandfather. His cousin Rob Caputo, an Air Force veteran with a strong background in operations and marketing, soon joined him with a shared mission—to elevate the roofing experience for homeowners.
Together, they launched Elevated Roofing Partners, a veteran-owned company built on family values, decades of experience, and a commitment to doing things the right way. We combine modern systems with time-tested craftsmanship to deliver quality roofs, transparent pricing, and service you can count on.
