The Project

This roof had been up there for over twenty years. No leaks, no emergency — just a roof that had done its job and was running out of runway. Cracked shingles. We tore the whole thing off and replaced it with CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles and new gutters. Straightforward job. No surprises under the decking, no hidden damage, no scope creep. Tore it off, put it on, cleaned up, and left.

The drone photos sort of speak for themselves. That dark charcoal Landmark Pro against the landscaping and the timber accents — it changed the whole look of the house. Sometimes a new roof just protects what's underneath. This one did that and made the place look like it went up about thirty grand overnight.
