Roofing Built on Accountability
Steven served in the Army. Rob served in the Air Force. They're cousins who both landed in Hayden after the military and saw the same thing: roofing companies treating homeowners like numbers on a spreadsheet. So they built one that wouldn't.
The Parks family has been in roofing since the 1970s. Their grandfather Sam, known around the LC Valley as "Sam Sam the Roofing Man," started it all. His son Tim carried it forward. Steven grew up on job sites, served his country, came home, and kept the trade alive. When he called Rob and said "I need someone I trust," that was the start of Elevated Roofing Partners.
They live in Hayden. Steven's kids go to school here. Every roofing job is handled by someone whose name is on the company. They're not a franchise that landed in North Idaho to capture market share. This is home, and they're not going anywhere.
If your roof needs a full replacement, they'll tell you. If it needs a $300 repair and nothing else, they'll tell you that too. They'll always tell you what your roof actually needs.

Rob Caputo
Co-Owner · Sales & OperationsAir Force veteran who teamed up with his cousin Steven to build ERP from the ground up. They split every part of the business so nothing falls through the cracks.
How We Run Every Job
Honesty
We tell you what your roof needs. If the repair is small, we say so. If the roof needs to come off, we say that too. We'd rather lose the sale than mislead you.
Integrity
The work either meets our standard or we fix it before we leave. No callbacks. No "we'll swing back next week." It gets done right the first time.
Respect
Your home, your time, your money. We show up when we say we will, clean up when we're done, and treat your property like it's ours.
Accountability
Two owners. Both local. Our names are on everything. If something goes wrong, you know exactly who to call. We're not hiding behind a customer service line.

We live in Hayden. Our kids go to school here. Every roof we put on is in our own backyard. We plan on staying.
